Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation of an appointment or you will be charged in full for the appointment via credit card on file. Payment is due before your next appointment. Otherwise, no services will be given until paid. Groupon clients forfeit their Groupon if they are a no-show, or fail to cancel with the 24 hours. 


For patients who have paid for their sessions as part of our packages, a single session will be deducted from your remaining sessions with an email, phone call, or text being sent verifying our policy and give the remaining balance of sessions. 


We also have a cancellation offense record kept on file. First offense, a verbal warning. Second offense, a written letter reminding you of our policies. The third and final offense, your future scheduled appointments will be canceled and will be put on probation for a minimum of 1-2 months.


Service & Product Purchase Policy

Customers are responsible for using their prepaid sessions and services before said purchase expires a year from purchase date. This also includes sessions and services paid for in advance on gift cards. All gift cards expire a year from the date purchased. Aurora Sky Massage LLC and staff, under no circumstances, will give a refund or return payment, should the client cancel, violate the Cancellation Policy or fail to use all sessions and services that have been prepaid for.  


Customers are responsible for pick up of any order of products that Aurora Sky Massage LLC supplies. All products are sold as is, clients are responsible for their purchase and no refunds will be issued after purchase.

Aurora Sky Massage LLC Offers no refunds, returns or exchanges for any services or products already paid for.



Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure full time of service can be given. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge your card on file for the full amount of service. 



Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is before the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee will be waived.


Inappropriate and Sexual Practice Protection Policy

If a therapist and or staff is not comfortable or feels the patient is acting inappropriately, the therapist, staff member, and Owner retains the right to terminate services IMMEDIATELY and services will be paid for in full via credit card on file and violators of this policy will be banned and reported to the appropriate authorities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be required to give notice as to why.


Groupon Repeated Use

Effective October 1, 2018, Aurora Sky Massage reserves the right to decline any clients from repeated Groupon use. Per our agreement with Groupon, customers are entitled to ONE voucher per year. The option of purchasing a second voucher, as allowed by Groupon, is for the purpose of gifting to another consumer and is expressly stated by Groupon upon purchase. Customers who violate this use can and will be blocked from receiving services in the future. Clients who wish to receive a refund must directly contact Groupon Customer Service.
